Brief Description (Abstract):

As a part of High Altitude Cloud Physics Laboratory , the Aerosol Chemical Speciation Monitor (ACSM) has been deployed at HACPL lab. The Aerosol Chemical Speciation Monitor (ACSM), which routinely characterizes and monitors the mass and chemical composition of non-refractory submicron particulate matter of size 1µm in near real time. Under ambient conditions, mass concentrations of particulate organics, sulfate, nitrate, ammonium, and chloride are obtained.

Status: Ongoing

Purpose: To understand mass and chemical composition of non-refractory sub-micron particulate like Nitrate, Sulfate, Organics, Ammonium, Chlorides in near real time.
