Monthly Remuneration received by Officers and Employees including system of compensation [Section 4(1) (b) (x)]

1.9.1 - List of employees with Gross monthly remuneration

(ix) Monthly Remuneration Received by Each of its Officers and Employees, including the System of compensation (as on March 31^st, 2025)

Remuneration is being remitted to the bank accounts of employees on monthly basis.

In addition, the officers/staff are drawing admissible allowances as per the orders of the Government of India issued and as implemented at INCOIS from time to time.

1.9.2 - System of compensation as provided in its regulations

System of Compensation is as provided in the regulations including the Casual Leaves, Child Care Leave, Earned Leave, Half-Pay / commuted Leave on medical grounds, Compensatory Off leaves to applicable employees, maternity, and paternity leaves, etc. as per GOI Rules and Regulations such as CCS, 1972 Rules, etc.
